Couple of days in Liverpool with my 89 year old friend. She used to visit her Grandma in New Brighton when she was a little girl. Lovely experience for here. Staff & cruise was wonderful. Thank you

We had a really great time having a 50 minute cruise across the Mersey with Mersey Ferries. We had two disabled people in our party of 3, and straight away we saw there was plenty of free parking right in front of the terminal building for Blue Badge holders which was a great help. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly in assisting us with boarding and disembarking. The girls in the cafe week also very helpful and friendly. All in all a fantastic time was had by all, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and return.

Went on the Mersey river cruise with my girlfriend (Italian) as part of her visit to the UK.
Thoroughly enjoy it, great views of Liverpool and an informative audio tour (in english)

The trip is on an old ferry so it's authentic. The sound system is terrible and strangulates Gerry Marsden’s famous song but you can just about hear the commentary. It's quite cheap for a boat trip.

Another essential stop on your Liverpool explorations. Unique views of the city, docks and Wirral shipyards from the water. Great views and lots of space to enjoy, inside and on deck. Onboard bar and cafe for refreshments.

Rubbish.
Staff were all miserable, no smiles, no hello or goodbye, aggressive response when I asked about the ferry I was expecting, which is used in all their advertising and online content. A lovely fun ferry was replaced with a miserably manned meh! one.
The tannoy talking was grating and boring.
Massive waste of money.

An enjoyable experience even on a cold, February morning. The Royal Iris did the job, although could do with a bit of TLC in a few areas. Great value for money for the tickets.

Best day out in Liverpool. A must to go on the tour in any weather its lovely. Inside there ia little cafe bar for a coffee and snack. Its great !
